Every single member of the team were amazing, kind and compassionate - the gentlemen that initially came to take my Dad into your care, the very kind lady on reception and your colleagues that attended on the day of my Dad’s funeral. However, I must give special thanks to George who went above and beyond to make a very difficult time much easier for all our family. His kindness will never be forgotten.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the team at Pritchards. They all showed such sensitivity, care and respect for us and our dear dad. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and helpful. The best undertakers in my opinion in Sheffield 4 years ago I met all the wonderful people that work there give my daughter the most amazing funeral and 4 years on did the same to my mum kind caring and go above and beyond thank you guys you are amazing

Words can't describe how grateful we are. Every single staff member here are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They made sure my nan had the best send off. Everytime we visited we got the warmest welcome. When things went a bit wrong (no fault of theirs) they were there ready to step in. From start to finish they made sure they treat my nan with dignity. I'll forever be grateful to the staff here. They'll always have a special place in my heart ❤️

From the moment we walked in we knew without doubt that mum would be looked after by everyone.
We were not wrong at all.
The care and passion shown to us was second to none.

Mum was respected and looked after like she was family.
Nothing was to much trouble for George, he got a lock of mums hair and finger print for us to treasure.
He made sure that we were constantly looked after and went above and beyond for our family.
Mum would have loved him❤️

Firstly, I would just like to thank the entire team involved for their professionalism and care for my late grandad. Their swallownest venue is very warm and welcoming. George was wonderful! He was extremely respectful, caring & kind. His attention to detail was brilliant and I can't thank him enough. The communication was great, everything was so easy to organise. All questions were answered promptly and honestly. My grandads service was beautiful so I just know he was looked after from the heart 💙
