I sadly lost my mum at the age of 58, which was an incredibly traumatic experience. Having to organise your mum’s funeral at just 34 years old, while still trying to process what has happened, is something I never imagined I would have to face.
George and Sarah have supported me beyond words and continue to do so. From the very beginning, they listened carefully to my wishes for my mum and ensured that her dignity was maintained throughout. Their care, compassion and understanding made such a difficult time that little bit easier.

Sadly, I also lost my gran 16 months ago, and George took care of my gran then too. Knowing that both my mum and my gran were in such caring and compassionate hands meant more to me than I can ever explain.

I trust George and Sarah completely and indefinitely. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and it is very clear that what they do is far more than just a job — they genuinely care about the families they support.

George is a truly special person who will always remain in my thoughts. He was a saviour during one of the most traumatic times of my life, and I will forever be grateful for the kindness, dignity and compassion he showed my mum, my gran and our family.

George is a very good guy, I felt he genuinely cared about my family and the personal support he showed to me and my family went above and beyond. It was a pleasure to arrange the funeral with him.

It’s so important to recognise truly outstanding service, and George and his team are nothing short of incredible. From the very first moment we made contact, George showed immense care and professionalism, taking away so much of the stress during an incredibly difficult time.

We have had the funeral, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was handled with such respect, efficiency, and grace. The presentation was beautiful, the flowers were stunning, and the thoughtful little touches made all the difference.

I felt so much comfort having you both there for the beautiful service.

The service was complimented by everyone who attended. The photo tribute was moving so too was the memorial.
