George and the team made our experience special and handled our loved one with the most love and respect. Nothing was too much trouble, and their attention to detail was second to none. A huge thank you to everyone at Barry Pritchard. You made a sad and difficult time so reassuring and personal. George was amazing, so professional, patient and caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble and everything was dealt with in such a sensitive manner. A big thank you to Jo, the celebrant. You turned our memories of our dad into an amazing and beautiful tribute! You too made us feel so comfortable and the conversations just flowed! I felt so much comfort having you both there for the beautiful service.

The service was complimented by everyone who attended. The photo tribute was moving so too was the memorial.

George took care of dads funeral and was outstanding throughout the whole process. Helped us as a family navigate a very difficult time and did so perfectly. The service we received was faultless, very professional and gave dad a send off that we made us all very proud. 100% reccomend, you will not find any better service, we will always be grateful of their kindness and support throughout. I cannot put into words how incredibly grateful we are for the care, compassion and support from all the team.
A massive thank you especially to Sarah, for all the cups of coffee and daily hugs. I was able to go and see my mum everyday.
Even when they were closed, Sarah came and opened up so I could have more time with mum.
We were always made to feel very welcome and George and Sarah both helped make the experience comfortable.
The green cravats were a lovely little touch to the service - Green was mums favourite Colour.
Also, thank you George for the little details on the beautiful little booklets.

This funeral directors just saw me through the worst time of my life the sudden unexpected death of my husband they were beyond helpful saw me through every detail their kindness was amazing and Sarah came to see me rather than me having to keep going there fantastic service professional every detail taken care of I can never thank them enough

Every single member of the team were amazing, kind and compassionate - the gentlemen that initially came to take my Dad into your care, the very kind lady on reception and your colleagues that attended on the day of my Dad’s funeral. However, I must give special thanks to George who went above and beyond to make a very difficult time much easier for all our family. His kindness will never be forgotten.
