Community Activities
On 28th March 2026, colleagues from Barry Pritchard attended the Aston Parish Council Service at Aston Cemetery, to support the unveiling of a memorial plaque dedicated to babies and children laid to rest in unmarked graves.
Simon Hill, Funeral Manager, and George Mortimer, Funeral Director and President of the Yorkshire Area Federation of the NAFD, attended the service alongside members of the Parish Council and the local MP. A floral arrangement provided by Barry Pritchard Funeral Services was placed beneath the plaque during the unveiling.
As funeral directors, it was important for the team to show support for families and the local community during this meaningful event.
