Barry Pritchard Funeral Services in Swallowsnest is on Worksop Road.

We can help plan services for many different cultures and faiths, as well as those with no religious beliefs.

The funeral home has free on the street parking if you are arriving by car. Our closest bus stop is outside the branch, Worksop Road/Eden Grove Bus Stop serving Killamarsh, Eckington, Beighton, Hackenthorpe, Waterthorpe, Coal Aston, Marsh Lane, Spinkhill, Chesterfield and Mosborough.

Our funeral home is accessible for people in wheelchairs with assistance. Please get in touch prior to your visit. We do not have a disabled toilet. We are happy to arrange a home visit if you prefer.

We have two private chapels of rest to enable families to spend time with their loved ones along with a service venue to hold a service for up to 20 people.

One of our unique features is that our funeral home is the most expensive property in it’s postcode area.

Our Swallownest funeral home is open Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm. Funeral home opening times may vary over bank holidays, but we are always available on the telephone 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
