Words can't describe how grateful we are. Every single staff member here are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They made sure my nan had the best send off. Everytime we visited we got the warmest welcome. When things went a bit wrong (no fault of theirs) they were there ready to step in. From start to finish they made sure they treat my nan with dignity. I'll forever be grateful to the staff here. They'll always have a special place in my heart ❤️

George- Thank you for the bottom of our hearts. Everything was perfect because of you. The attention to detail with everything. You are amazing. You've got the biggest heart ❤️

Sarah- You're an amazing woman. Always made us feel welcome. Always there to chat to us. Gave us so much comfort ❤️

Kelly & Ryan- You helped us dress my nan. You are 2 amazing people. The comfort you gave us. The time you took with us and the patience we will forever be grateful for. You helped us dress my nan beautifully. She looked so peaceful once you had finished. Thank you so so much ❤️

From the moment we walked in we knew without doubt that mum would be looked after by everyone.
We were not wrong at all.
The care and passion shown to us was second to none.

Mum was respected and looked after like she was family.
Nothing was to much trouble for George, he got a lock of mums hair and finger print for us to treasure.
He made sure that we were constantly looked after and went above and beyond for our family.
Mum would have loved him❤️

I can’t thank the staff enough for the support we received during a very difficult time after Mum passed away. A special thank you to Barry for coming back to conduct Mum’s funeral having known her from other connections for many years. The service was conducted with precision and professionalism and was so elegant. Also a big thank you to George for his extra support to family members struggling to come to terms with our loss. 100% recommendation to everyone. A heart felt thank you to every member of the team. Firstly, I would just like to thank the entire team involved for their professionalism and care for my late grandad. Their swallownest venue is very warm and welcoming. George was wonderful! He was extremely respectful, caring & kind. His attention to detail was brilliant and I can't thank him enough. The communication was great, everything was so easy to organise. All questions were answered promptly and honestly. My grandads service was beautiful so I just know he was looked after from the heart 💙

Killamarsh Office have been amazing to deal with, especially Pam, her welcome was the whole reason we chose BPFS. Her level of care is exceptional. As we met them all the team were very welcoming and supportive.

Mr Barry Pritchard got me thru the most difficult time of my life. He looked after us in a genuine, kind, concerned and caring way and because of that I knew my Tom was receiving the same care and attention. Nothing was too much trouble.. We felt in very safe hands.
